What is our pet policy? We allow 1 pet per rental property. All pets must be under 35lbs and we have the right to refuse any pet.
There is a $300 deposit on all pets and rent will increase $25 per month.
What if I can't get approved for a loan? We also offer a lease with option to buy. Credit is given to you for each month you pay rent on time. When the lease is up you have the option to buy the house, using the credit as a down payment, which might help you qualify for a loan. What if I do a lease with option, but am worried about getting a loan at the end of the two years? We offer free credit counseling for those in need of a little assistance to get the process of homewonership going. We will assist you in reaching your goals, while positively reporting to the credit bureaus for each payment you make on time.
Do you work with investors? YES! We have worked with many investors in the past and are always looking for opportunities. We have a lot of pre-construction investment opportunities available as well as single family homes, commercial properties, and apartment complexes and condos already built.
